Babyliss Thermo Ceramic Rollers

I have had these rollers for well over a year now and admittedly I didn't use them as much as I intended too. Since I got my hair cut much shorter than I had been sporting for the last 3ish years, I have been using this a lot more. I thought I'd review these beauties as they are a much cheaper alternative to Cloud Nine's TheO hot rollers.

Are there adjustable heat settings?
You can adjust the temperature and have it very low or very high. Out of the 10 settings, I prefer to heat my rollers to around 6-7 which works for me. This is a great option as you can choose the low setting for fine hair and a high setting for thicker hair.

What size rollers are provided?
You get 8 large, 6 medium and 6 small rollers. I find this is more than enough as I tend to use 8 large rollers and 2-4 medium at any one time. The large rollers provide nice soft curls and the small rollers will give you pretty tight curls!

Do you need to use pins?
You are provided with 10 super clips and 20 metal pins. I tend to use the super clips for better grip but the metal pins work very well too.

When the red dot changes to white, you know the hot rollers are ready to use.

How long does it take to heat the rollers up?
As I have the setting reasonably high and I wait to ensure the dot on the roller is as white as it can be, I give it around 5 minutes before placing them in my hair. You can put them in straightaway and it won't burn your hand or anything.

How long do you leave them in for?
It's up to you and depends how thin/thick your hair is but I like to leave mine on for 15/20 minutes while doing my makeup in the mornings. Just use a bit of hairspray after taking them out and you're good to go!

How much and where from?
I bought mine from Amazon for around £30! It has a 3 year guarantee too.

If you're looking for some volume and soft, shiny curls but don't want to spend too much then it would be a massive "yes" from me... I well and truly love my rollers now! :)
